Mia Ramsey
Mia has practiced physical therapy since 2002 when she graduated with her DPT from Northern Arizona University. She has an extensive background in outpatient orthopedics where she loves the challenge of treating anyone that comes through her door. She specializes in orthopedic pelvic health, but truly enjoys variety. She has been incorporating dry needling into her practice since 2011 and absolutely loves sharing this passion with other health care providers through her work as a dry needling educator. She has been a dry needling educator since 2013 and has been a dry needling content contributor since 2017. Mia lives in beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado with her husband. They have two lovely daughters and two crazy doodle-mix dogs.
Keri Maywhort
Keri is an experienced manual therapist who began incorporating dry needling into clinical practice in 1998. She has taught dry needling courses since 2008 at both introductory and advanced levels for graduate and post-professional learners. Teaching, mentorship, curriculum development and research are her passion. Currently with Dry Needling Academy and previously, as director of education for KinetaCore, she has a focus on development of dry-needling curriculum, course content and training and development of dry-needling faculty members. She is an adjunct faculty member at Regis University and an active member of APTA and AAOMPT. Outside of work her passion is raising a beautiful daughter, and as a native Coloradan she is an enthusiast of all that the Colorado landscape has to offer.
